We are offering Specialist Disability Accommodations for Young Clients who does not need to end up in a nursing home due to shortage of SDA accommodation. Our accommodation and other equipment are specially designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high needs clients. We have highly skilled nursing staffs to provide an appropriate care as per their care needs to those who needs SDA services.SIL
We are offering Supported Independent Living Accommodations For clients who need to manage all their activities of daily living with support or supervision with activities of daily living to live as independently as possible, while building clients their skill. Respite Care Just for a litte break for family member we support the clients even for a day in a week. Family support available around the clock.Trusting Hands at Chesterfeild, we offer three types of accommodations:
Welcome to the Comfort of Trusting Hands Accommodations. Trusting Hands takes pride in offering three distinct types of accommodation tailored to meet the diverse needs of our NDIS clients:
- Short-Term Accommodation and Assistance (STA)
- Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)
- Permanent NDIS Client Accommodation (PTA)
Short-Term Accommodation and Assistance (STA) is a flexible support funded for up to 28 days
per year. It provides NDIS clients with the opportunity for short stays away from home. Also
known as Specialized Disability Accommodation for high-care needs individuals, STA allows
clients to explore new experiences, make friends, and acquire new skills. This respite not only
benefits the client but also provides a brief reprieve for their families or caregivers.
Medium-Term Accommodation is designed as a transitional arrangement, supporting
participants in their decision-making process to potentially stay permanently with Trusting
Hands. Funded under the NDIS, MTA covers accommodation only, enabling participants with
support needs to negotiate terms on an as-needed basis.
For those with permanent accommodation needs, our PTA service offers care for individuals
with physical and mental challenges, complete with a comprehensive behavior management
plan. Our facility provides a safe and secure environment, ensuring the well-being of our
residents.
